Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor from Iceland . She is famous for her character as Jane Seymour , the young woman destined to become Queen Elizabeth III's third spouse Henry VIII in the series of television The Tudors and for her role in the role of Hannah in the film Journey to the Center of the Earth ( 2008 ) . Briem began her acting journey when she was 9 years old in the National Theater in Iceland.
